Reproductive Health and its Essentials?
Reproductive health pertains to the well-being of the male and female reproductive systems across all life stages, involving organs and hormone-producing glands, including the pituitary gland in the brain. It encompasses areas like adolescent health, female fertility, and family planning, which we categorize as "Reproductive Health Essentials."
Why do we advocate for this? What is its importance?

Focusing on its essentials
Reproductive health encompasses a wide range of aspects related to the overall well-being and functioning of the reproductive system. By narrowing the focus to specific items used in one's reproductive health, we can delve into how they play a crucial role in achieving various reproductive health goals. Discussing the tools used in reproductive health helps raise awareness and educate Mascians about the options available to them. This knowledge empowers each to make informed decisions regarding their reproductive choices.

Relevance in the country
The Philippines still lacks comprehensive discussions about reproductive health, sexual behaviors, and contraceptives in classrooms despite the Responsible Parenthood and Reproductive Health Act or the RH Act, therefore having the birth rate for Filipino mothers aged 15 to 49 to 1.9 children in 2022, although a significant decrease from 2.7 in 2020. With the advancement of technology and Filipinos' increased time spent on the internet due to easier accessibility, information about reproductive health and sexual education can be available to teenagers to guide their growth and development.
